Arriving by plane
The nearest airport to Göttingen is Hannover. For international flights we recommend Frankfurt am Main Airport. There are regular ICE train connections to Göttingen.
Arriving by train
The workshop location is a short walking distance (abt. 15 min) from the train station. Regular buses depart from the central bus station (ZOB) in front of the main entrance of the station. Take line 41 (direction Weende Ost), 42 (Papenberg), 50 (Rohns), 71 or 72 (Zietenterrassen über Zentrum) to exit “Jüdenstraße” and walk the remaining short distance to the “Wilhelmsplatz”. Alternatively, you may take a cab just in front of the station which will take you to the venue „Alte Mensa, Wilhelmsplatz 3“.
Arriving by car
Göttingen can be reached via motorway A7 from either the north or south. Please take exit „Göttingen Centre“ and follow your GPS to Wilhelmsplatz 3. As the venue is located in a pedestrian zone, please use parking areas nearby.
