Conference Fee

Conference Registration Fee: 120 €
Conference Registration Fee with Conference Dinner: 175 €

Conference Registration Fee Students: 80 €
Conference Registration Fee Students with Conference Dinner: 135 €

The fee includes all coffee breaks and lunch at the venue during the conference, your name badge and the program booklet with abstracts. If you are interested in a free guided city tour, please tick below in the registration form.

Payment Information

Payment via bank transfer. The payment is based on the booking and payment information which is sent by e-mail after successful registration. A corresponding receipt will be handed over at the conference office as a payment receipt.

Cancellation of Participation

If you cannot participate in the conference for unpredictable reasons after having registered, please send an e-mail to the organizers as follows:

• For cancellation of your talk or poster and cancellation of conference participation: Mrs Friederike Schnelle, info@iwce2023.org

In case of cancellation of the conference participation, a cancellation fee of 20 € will be deducted in reimbursement. For cancellations after July 31, 2023 no reimbursement is possible.

Please upload your abstract with registration.
